Real therapy for real life

Come as you are. We’ll figure it out together.

You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to start. Bring the messy thoughts, mixed feelings, awkward pauses—all of it. I’m here to meet you there.

Welcome

You don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Let’s be honest: opening up to a stranger can feel weird. You don’t have to walk in ready to share everything. We’ll take our time, build trust, and focus on what actually feels helpful to you.

I’m warm, curious, and genuinely engaged in the room. I’ll listen, laugh with you when it fits, gently challenge you when it matters, and help you make sense of the things that feel tangled. Therapy can be serious without feeling stiff.

About me

Hi, I’m Morgan.

Therapy should feel human.

I care about getting to know you beyond what brings you to therapy—the people who matter to you, the things that make you feel like yourself, and what you wish others understood. You don’t have to present a put-together version of your life here.

I earned my bachelor’s in Psychology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), and my master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate anxiety, difficult experiences, big emotions, and changes at home. That work reinforced how much relationships, family, culture, and everyday circumstances shape the way we feel.

I especially enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults. With children, I make room for creativity and play—art, games, and imagination can help us connect when talking alone doesn’t quite fit. With teens and young adults, I offer a real, judgment-free space to explore identity, relationships, and whatever comes next.

My style is collaborative, curious, and practical. I want you to feel comfortable telling me when something is helpful—and when it isn’t. We’ll make space to understand what you’re going through while finding ways to make everyday life feel more manageable.

Out of the therapy room, I love spending time with my dogs and being out in nature. Both help me slow down, stay grounded, and remember that sometimes the simplest moments are the ones that bring us back to ourselves.

My approach

You’re a person, not a diagnosis.

There is no one-size-fits-all version of therapy. We’ll use what helps and leave behind what doesn’t. Sometimes that means learning a practical skill; sometimes it means getting curious about a pattern; sometimes it means finally saying the thing you’ve been holding in.

My work is grounded in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems. I am certified in Seeking Safety and Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP). EMDR coming this winter.

Services and availability are subject to appropriate clinical supervision and California requirements.
